Polymer modified bitumen laboratory unit UVB-2-L

UVB-2-L bitumen modification laboratory system is designed for preparation of small samples (10 liters per batch) of modified bitumen.

The system uses continuous bitumen mixing process with further dispersion of bitumen and polymer in the mill.

The design allows addition of liquid components to modified bitumen.

Foamed bitumen laboratory unit

The laboratory scale foamed bitumen plant type UVB-L is designed for obtaining foam bitumen samples.

The unit can be operated by organizations, producing asphalt concrete mixtures, as well as road construction and repair organizations.

The unit is designed for indoor operation.
