Bitumen emulsion plant model UVB-1 with production capacity 1 m3/hour is applied for production of small quantities of bitumen emulsion. Compact design of bitumen emulsion plant allows easy installation and space saving.
The plant is operated in semi-automatic mode and controlled by Program Logic Controller.

Output capacity of bitumen emulsion plant UVB-1 can be increased up to 2 m3/hour by installation of additional water phase unit.

Bitumen emulsion plant is equipped with solvent pump; it allows using low penetration grade bitumen to produce high quality emulsions.

UVB-1- bitumen emulsion unit is designed for the production of anionic and cationic bitumen emulsions which are used in road construction for the following purposes:

  • tack-coating of the old road pavement base before laying new asphalt concrete;
  • preparation of cold asphalt concrete mixes;
  • surface treatment of pavements;
  • thin protective coatings;
  • road top patching;
  • damp proofing of buildings and structures;
  • soft roofs construction and repairing.

The unit can be used on factories producing asphalt concrete mixes. The unit is designed for operation both indoors and outdoors.
